Add Turkish translation for the qmailadmin module
...
Translates all 369 strings in qmailadmin/lang/en into Turkish and removes
qmailadmin/lang/tr.auto.
187 strings are shared verbatim with the postfix module and reuse its
translation; reuse required the two lang/en values to be byte-identical,
which excluded 19 keys whose English differs.
QMail, SMTP, the HELO verb, qmail-send and the UID/GID abbreviations are
left in English.
