Spencer Hakim 1de7d4fcc0 Properly capitalize "Basic" authentication type when sending header ...

Some servers expect this to be capitalized (I found the issue when trying to tunnel into a DD-WRT router). I also capitalized the field names on a few other headers. While not required by RFC 2616, it seems some servers may be less forgiving than others.
