Adds the 348 strings that sendmail/lang/tr was missing, so the module is
now fully translated, and removes sendmail/lang/tr.auto.
107 of the new strings are shared verbatim with the postfix module and
reuse its translation; 25 keys whose English differs were translated
separately.
Sendmail feature and file names stay in English, since they appear in the
M4 configuration: virtuser, mailertable, generics, domaintable,
access_db, the M4 entry types (Feature, Define, Undefine, Mailer), and the
SMTP tokens HELO, ETRN, From: and To:.
