KafamaG d96497f456 Complete the Turkish translations for the dhcpd and init modules ...

Adds the 285 strings missing from dhcpd/lang/tr and the 196 missing from
init/lang/tr, so both modules are now fully translated, and removes their
tr.auto files.

Names that appear in configuration or on the command line stay in English:
ISC DHCPd, dhcpd.conf, TSIG, SLP, the ad-hoc and interim DDNS update
styles, and the boot systems SysV init, Upstart, systemd, launchd, OpenRC,
FreeBSD RC and macOS StartupItems.
