6359fec915 refactor(traces): build the flamegraph scope from the selected fields
Also sets an empty scope on missing-parent spans, which serialized as null.

f762499fd0 refactor(traces): make span scope a map of its set fields
Replaces the omitempty struct: a map renders an empty scope as {} and round-trips without nil fields, and the list view now drops unset scope fields too.

b7cedc9ffd refactor(traces): decode declared JSON sub-paths flat in JSONValue
Keeps the querier free of a scope-specific case, so any JSON column with a declared JSON sub-path (a future logs scope) gets the same shape.
