9216bfdd0b test(query-builder): scope selectors to the query block and wait on own requests
Run waits on a request it started; panel-editor structural edits re-run
until the newest request matches, since their draft can lag the DOM.
2026-10-30 02:06:09 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
f238d227dd test(query-builder): cover trace operator, signal switching, query tabs and run/cancel
holdQueryRange ignores a request cancelled while held: there is nothing
left to answer.

6c2fdde9d1 test(query-builder): cover panel-kind add-ons, reduce-to, multi-query and formulas 2026-10-30 00:02:45 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
e680b369ff test(query-builder): cover group by, having, order, limit and legend add-ons
Negative limit stays fixme: the input accepts it and the backend
rejects it with a 400.
2026-10-29 23:39:38 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
6f9e44d8b5 test(query-builder): cover metric-type defaults, aggregations and step interval
Gauge and histogram metrics are seeded per worker: the golden dataset
only has sums.
2026-10-29 23:31:19 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
4265e484ac test(query-builder): cover explorer-to-dashboard and alert trace operator round trips
pickChannelByName re-clicks while the select is still closed: a condition
re-render could close it as the click opened it.
2026-10-29 23:12:35 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
64c9eb2bf7 test(query-builder): cover legacy conversion, history, IN lists and quick filters
Legacy having stays fixme: convertHavingToExpression keeps the stored
COUNT() casing and the v5 backend rejects it with a 400.
2026-10-29 22:49:10 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
f9d0911947 test(query-builder): add qb driver with url and filter editor specs
runShortcut waits two frames: a keypress in the same frame as the last
keystroke reads the pre-commit React state, which no user can produce.
2026-10-29 22:27:38 +05:30
Abhi Kumar
59c9d28a39 chore(query-builder): add data-testids for e2e selectors
Block roots are keyed by query name (query-A, formula-F1) so child ids
stay unindexed and survive reordering.
