This PR adds a "Binary Logging" page to configure log format, file size and retention, rotate or purge logs, and support restore sessions that do not write back to binary logs.

<p>Controls how changes are recorded in the binary logs. <b>Row based</b>
|
|
logs the actual row changes, which is the most reliable format and is required
|
|
for point-in-time recovery of individual databases. <b>Statement based</b>
|
|
logs the SQL statements that were executed, and <b>Mixed</b> switches between
|
|
the two automatically.</p>
|
|
|
|
<p>Row based logging is recommended, as statement and mixed logs cannot be
|
|
safely filtered by database when replaying transactions.</p>
