Adds complete lang/tr files for four more previously untranslated
modules and removes their machine-generated lang/tr.auto files:
ipsec 237 strings - FreeSWAN IPsec VPN connections and policies
rbac 235 strings - Solaris RBAC users, profiles and projects
ipfw 227 strings - BSD IPFW firewall rules
fsdump 227 strings - filesystem backup and restore
Two upstream lang/en strings have typos that were translated by intent
rather than literally: rbac/auth_err reads "Failed to authorization"
(missing "save") and rbac/policy_eclash spells "Algorithsm".
Protocol and command names (IPsec, ESP, AH, RSA, ICMP, TCP, UDP, MAC,
UID/GID, gzip, bzip2, XZ, rmt, noatime, dumpdates) are kept in English,
matching the rest of the Turkish translation.
