Koushik Dutta cc8195acb5 all webrtc plugins: introduce new plumbing to handle webrtc as a native media stream for sources/sinks that support it.
for example:
viewing ring/nest in browser is now peer to peer.
casting to chromecast is peer to peer.
casting via google home is peer to peer.
