Demo recording infrastructure for Compose Farm documentation.

Structure

docs/demos/
├── cli/        # VHS-based CLI terminal recordings
└── web/        # Playwright-based web UI recordings

Output

All recordings output to docs/assets/ as WebM (primary) and GIF (fallback).
