On a mac i'm preparing it throws me right into a grey login screen where i can login with a pre-configured admin account.
It does show the Setup manager screen with all my configurations for a second but then just shows the grey login screen.

  • I updated to the latest setup manager package
  • updated the configuration profile to be the same version as the newly packaged setup manager
  • wiped the device completely (disk utility)
  • reinstalled macos sequoia
  • same issue

Hi, same issue with macOS Sequoia 15.4
On macOS Sonoma, I don't have the problem.
I'll test it this morning on macOS 15.4.1 and repost my results here.

I am only having this issue on one device for now. @bretonleo, can you test on a second device as well?

I upload Setup.Manager-1.2.2-561.pkg and re-test, and repost my results here.

Following this note, I solved the problem by unchecking the Terms and Conditions skip.
