Hello

After our Macs updated to the latest MacOS 15.4, the Jamf Manager closed itself after a few seconds when it loaded.

Also, it doesn't install all the apps as it used to.
Could you please provide a workaround?

We tested Jamf Manager 1.1.1 and 1.2.2, and both versions have the same issue.

Would you happen to have any solution to fix it?

Thank you so much for the help

But I think with the today update with 15.5 it should be working with location service but I didn't test this at the moment.
I think you can close your bug.

Hi @siamakjafari2024
the problem is not the setup manager.
Apple changed the enrollment steps priority in 15.4

If you go to the prestage enrollment und uncheck terms and conditions so this will ask in the enrollment you should be fine again.

@siamakjafari2024
Yes uncheck this in prestage and the Automatically advance through Setup Assistant (macOS 11 or later only) must not be activated
