In our environment, we have classes of users onboarding together, sometimes up to 20 users in a class. This number of users running a speed test at the same time will saturate the bandwidth on the local network, and therefore speed tests are strictly prohibited by our network team.

Having the ability to disable the speed test would allow us to use JSM in our Production environment.

+1 to this feature request. We have had issues with enrolling large groups of students as well (40+ in a room) dropping connection during setup manager. Students are usually led to follow along step by step, so they will hit the speed test all at the same time. This sounds, to me at least, like a likely candidate for a solution. Thanks @seaneldridge74 for spotting this!
