Setup Manager - Focus on Run #42

Hey Team,

Super pedantic but I notice it every time I run a build. After setup manager has pulled down the config profiles and moves on to the policy software installs, the app itself is not focused so the accent colour we added in the setup manager config profile does not show. The user has to click on the window, then it will bring the app to focus then the loading bar et al will show the accent colour.

This is probably the least of anyone's concern, feel free to shake your head and delete.

We are very much aware of this, I find it quite annoying, too. However, so far, all the usual API commands to gain focus don't work in this particular context.
