All of a sudden PKG is not getting installed through Pre-stage Enrollment #28

Two days before it was working perfectly, but all of a sudden pkg is not getting delivered through Pre-stage enrollment.

Tested by pushing it through policy to validate if the Package is getting delivered and opening, it works as expected - so no problem with the pkg.

It is Fixed now, the Package name should not have special character it seems. I have cleared them and re-tried and it worked as expected. Thanks for your time taken to check this 👍

Try removing the pkg file from the Prestage and the Packages list, so that it isn't on the cloud distribution server any more. Then re-uploading again and re-adding to Prestage. Make sure the Distribution server in the Prestage is set to Cloud Distribution (it resets when the last package is removed and that is easy to miss.)

If that doesn't help. You need to get Jamf support involved.
