Jamf Setup Manager seems to get stuck if you have Jamf Connect v2.38 install via a Jamf Policy, and you do not have an account creation in the prestage, it will become "stuck" and Jamf Setup Manager will have to be quit. If an account is included in the Jamf Pro Pre-Stage, Jamf Setup Manager completes with no perceived issues.

Jamf Pro version: v11.7.1-t1721056075
Jamf Connect version: v2.38
Setup-Manager: vSetup.Manager.1.0-368.pkg
