This pull request introduces a new, customizable logs export feature in the Logs Explorer view, replacing the previous hardcoded download functionality. This pull request refactors the LogsFormatOptionsMenu component to use the Ant Design Popover for displaying format options, replacing the previous custom dropdown implementation.
